Game page will not scale

The app is well done and looks good but it does not allow for the game page to be scaled. Really, in 2014 I cant scale the page? I like to watch YouTube videos and play solitare at the same time. I cannot do that with this game because it fill my intire screen. If you don’t mind the game filling your whole screen, this App is a good choice.
